Educators are consistently faced with a myriad of challenging behaviours and negative attitudes in their daily work. Although conflict is a part of life, it can be both hard to control and quick to escalate. Unchecked it can have a negative impact on the wellbeing of both individuals and the whole school community. With a focus on the promotion of wellbeing through minimising stressors, this workshop examines and develops skills needed to manage challenging workplace behaviours and attitudes.
